I work with women who look around at the life they’ve spent years building, and think ‘is this it?’ You KNOW there’s more to life than what you’ve got going on, but you’re also not prepared to quit your job, break up with your boyfriend and move to the other side of the world to be happy.

You feel:

  • Like you’ve spent years building something, and now you’re not even sure you want it.
  • Lonely. Sure, you have friends, but maybe you’re too busy to see them, or you can’t find easy ways to catch up.
  • Like you’re spending all your time looking after other peoples’ needs – maybe that’s your partner, your boss, your children, but it’s definitely not you!
  • Unsure of the next step. You know a step is necessary but you can’t even work out where to go from here.

Working together one-to-one, I’ll help you discover what really matters to you. What’s important, what’s filling up all your time (and is that even important), where you get the most joy in your life, and where things are a bit less than ideal, and what your perfect life looks like.

Once you know what you want, the most important thing is taking action! Together, we’ll map out a plan for you to help you reach your dreams (that’s after we help you discover them, so if you’re not even sure what you WANT anymore, then that’s the first step. To dream is to live!!).

How it works

First, we’ll have a quick, FREE chat, to make sure we’re a good fit. We’ll discuss what you’re hoping to get out of coaching, and how I might help!

We’ll also discuss the different coaching options. I do packages, and single sessions, but we’ll discuss what’s the most likely to help you during our call.

Once we line up our first session (which will either be in person in Sydney’s eastern suburbs or on Skype/Telephone), I’ll give you a bit of homework to do before we first meet. After each session, I’ll send you an email summary of the call, any additional resources I think might help you and 1-3 things to work on during the next week.

And don’t worry, if part of the problem is you don’t know what your goals are, THAT’S OK! We’re going to uncover your dreams first!
