Will Your Dreams Become Reality This Year?

Welcome to 2015!! I’m planning to make this my best year yet….are you?

The Everyday Adventure

Lots of us start the new year gung ho about making a new start. Making things happen…

  • Losing that last 10 pounds
  • Getting fit
  • Eating healthily
  • Making more time for family
  • Seeing friends aplenty
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Meditating
  • Doing yoga
  • Learning a new language
  • Getting the camera out a bit more

You know the drill.

But most of us fall off the new years resolution bandwagon pretty quickly, feel like we’ve failed, and then wait until next year (or the next full moon, or the next time we see a tarot reader…) to start our resolutions anew.

But not you, adventurers!! We’re going to start the year as we mean to go on, and take this chance to live the life of your dreams!

Can you imagine:

  • Being happy to leap out of bed every morning
  • Surrounding yourself with people you love, who love you right back and support you every step of the way
  • Having an ace holiday planned, but being excited about the life you’re living before holiday time arrives

So I want to know:

What is the biggest challenge or fear keeping you from making changes to your life and routine so you are happy every single day?

or

What is the biggest thing holding you back from a life you love?

Feel free to stop reading right now and go directly to the comments section below to answer one of the above!

Even if you don’t normally comment, take this chance to change your life! You can even use a fake name if you don’t feel comfortable saying your struggles as you. That’s ok!

The most useful comment will become a feature in a later blog post (including a link back to your site if you have one), and who knows, might change the course of The Everyday Adventure this year. You could change history with your one comment!

We’re all in this together, trying to create lives that light us up.

  • No more dragging yourself out of bed each morning uninspired by what the day holds.
  • No more Sunday night dread.
  • No more planning a biannual holiday that’s the only exciting thing on the horizon.
  • No more finding yourself with a spare Saturday afternoon with no idea what to do for fun.
  • No more feeling alone.

So your questions again:

What is the biggest challenge or fear keeping you from making changes to your life and routine so you are happy every single day?

or

What is the biggest thing holding you back from a life you love?

Put your comment below for the chance to be featured, and help us all create a life a little better.

Yours in new year dreams and making them a reality!

Xx Sam

My biggest fear is letting others down, if the best move for me isn’t necessarily the best move for everyone..

Yes that’s a great one, particularly for us women!!
But if you don’t look out for yourself, who will?

Ahhh that’s SUCH a good one.
Everyone has a bunch of ‘shoulds’ that they put on themselves, whether they come from people looking at ‘people your age’, your parents, your friends, partner etc etc etc.
It’s so important (and so hard!) to let go of caring what others think about what you’re doing with you life.
After all, it’s you who has to live it!
