My Week In Pics – In, Out and About

This week was full. I saw friends, worked, and laid eyes on a famous* person!

I run events every Monday night down at Chapter One in Bondi. This week we had two fantastic ones – public speaking so you’re remembered, and a fermenting workshop. Here are some fingers in pies (ok, hands in vegetables to ferment, but that’s not an expression).

The Everyday Adventure

On Tuesday I rode, which you know I love, and then I took the little dude to the park, where he ate some dirt.

Adventures in Yoga have commenced! We started with Hip Hop yoga at 213 Yoga in Bondi Junction with Lola Berry, of 20/20 Diet fame. I haven’t done vinyasa yoga for so long that I was sore for three days!

I rode, again. It makes me happy. And in The Art of Happiness the Dalai Lama gives the simplest of advice – to be happy, do more of the things that make you happy and less of the things that don’t.

The Everyday Adventure

A dinner party like the old days. Great food, even better company, bad singing, lots of laughs.

The Everyday Adventure

A quiet day. Sickness is going the rounds, so my hiking plans were postponed. I read, and slept, and hung with the little dude.

The Everyday Adventure

Another quiet day, another lot of time hanging out with my kindle.

I’d love to see some pictures (and inspiration!) of your own adventure! Share your pictures using the hashtag #theeverydayadventure, I look at every one!

I’ll see you out there having fun!
