My Week in Pics – Mainly Meals and Movies
On Monday I joined a 6 week bikini body challenge, to get my nutrition back on track after turning into a carb monster during pregnancy*.
Then I went out for dinner with a friend and ate sushi – the food I missed the most during pregnancy!
My in laws are visiting to meet the new baby. They’re not getting a lot of baby time, more time watching him sleep. So we went out for a meal to catch up while the little dude slept.
Me, the little dude, a friend and her little dude went to see About Time at the mums and bubs session. There was one random old dude there without a baby, and a room full of women with babies who started to cry 2 hours into it (my little dude included!)
Sometimes, you just need a glass of wine. Of course, I fell asleep on the couch after 2 sips but it’s the attempt that counts!
I roadtripped it up to Newcastle with the little guy to visit Renee from NFE Design for some photos. Cutie!
I heart farmers markets, so the husbandito, the little dude and I went to Bondi. My mate Jade from Make Your Life Amazing had an AH-mazing stall of raw treats. I wanted them all to get in my belly but stopped at one due to previously mentioned bikini challenge.
Sunday was family day. We went to Centennial Park and did a charity walk for Cure for Life, a brain cancer research fundraiser. Then we hit up the food fair in Coogee where I ate meat and veg (hold the bread), overheated the little dude, and went home for mid afternoon naps.
